Each of the 3 bedrooms on the west wing of the home have a queen sized bed, and the bedroom on the east wing has 2 full size beds, and 2 Twin beds via 2, Twin over Full bunk beds plus private ensuite. The property is in a very exclusive neighborhood with a very active HOA. As a result there are no parties and no gatherings of any kind allowed. Quiet hours must be observed from 10pm to 9am, which simply means that all guests must remain inside and quiet during those hours. No more than 12 people and no more than 5 vehicles are allowed on the property at any time. There is absolutely no street parking, no front circle drive parking, and no RV's, 18 wheelers or trailers allowed. Thank you so much for honoring the property guidelines.
